Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Analytics Specialist to enhance our digital presence by optimizing website content, structure, and performance for search engines while leveraging analytics to measure and improve key metrics. This role will work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to implement effective SEO strategies and analyze data to inform decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities and gaps
  • Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, images, and URL structures
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content
  • Monitor and manage backlinks, local SEO, and technical SEO aspects such as site speed and crawlability

Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and maintain web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
  • Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics including traffic, rankings, conversions, and user behavior
  • Use data insights to recommend optimizations and improvements in SEO and website performance
  • Create dashboards and regular reports for stakeholders to communicate SEO performance and trends

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work with developers to implement technical SEO fixes and enhancements
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
  • Train teams on SEO fundamentals and analytics interpretation to foster a data-driven culture

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in SEO, digital marketing, or web analytics roles
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture as it relates to SEO
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO-related courses
