Position Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring reliable system performance, security, and user adoption while supporting business process automation and customer relationship management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration

  • Install, configure, and maintain Dynamics 365 environments across multiple applications (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance & Operations)

  • Manage user accounts, security roles, and access permissions across business units

  • Configure system settings, business units, teams, and organizational hierarchies

  • Perform system updates, patches, and feature rollouts following change management procedures

  • Monitor system performance, storage utilization, and capacity planning

Customization & Configuration

  • Design and implement custom entities, fields, forms, and views to meet business requirements

  • Configure business process flows, workflows, and Power Automate integrations

  • Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and data visualizations

  • Implement data validation rules, calculated fields, and business logic

  • Configure integration with third-party applications and data sources

Data Management

  • Manage data imports, exports, and migration procedures

  • Implement data quality standards and duplicate detection rules

  • Configure data retention policies and archival procedures

  • Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery testing

  • Maintain data security and compliance with regulatory requirements

User Support & Training

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users

  • Create user documentation, training materials, and best practice guides

  • Conduct system training sessions and user adoption initiatives

  • Manage user feedback and implement system improvements

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders on requirements gathering and solution design

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • 6+ years experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM

  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and configuration

  • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

  • Experience with SQL Server, Azure services, and cloud administration

  • Knowledge of integration technologies (REST APIs, web services, connectors)

  • Understanding of security models, role-based access control, and compliance frameworks

Business Skills

  • Experience with CRM and ERP business processes

  • Strong analytical skills for translating business requirements into technical solutions

  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service workflows

  • Understanding of data governance and master data management principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field

  • Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 Administrator, Power Platform Administrator)

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central

  • Background in business process analysis and system optimization

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management
