Designing, implementing, and managing enterprise video conferencing, webcasting, and webinar platforms to enable seamless virtual collaboration and communication

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Video Collaboration Engineer to administer and optimize video conferencing, webcasting, and webinar technologies. The role involves managing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Vimeo, and other webcast solutions to support internal collaboration and external events.

You will ensure high-quality video delivery, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with IT, event teams, and end-users to enhance the virtual communication experience.

Key Responsibilities

Video & Web Conferencing Management

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain video conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and others
  • Manage user accounts, meeting policies, and security settings for conferencing solutions
  • Monitor platform performance and call quality, troubleshooting connectivity or media issues

Webcast & Webinar Administration

  • Plan, execute, and support live webcasts and virtual events using platforms such as Vimeo, ON24, or proprietary webcast tools
  • Coordinate with marketing, communications, and event teams to deliver professional streaming experiences
  • Manage recordings, archiving, and distribution of webcast content

Technical Support & Optimization

  • Provide end-user support and training on video conferencing and webcasting tools
  • Analyze usage patterns and feedback to optimize platform configurations and improve user experience
  • Stay updated on emerging video collaboration technologies and recommend improvements

Integration & Security

  • Integrate video platforms with calendar systems, collaboration suites, and enterprise authentication
  • Implement security best practices including encryption, access control, and compliance with privacy regulations

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience managing enterprise video conferencing and webcast platforms
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and webcast platforms like Vimeo or ON24
  • Strong understanding of video codecs, streaming protocols (RTMP, HLS), and network requirements for video delivery
  • Experience with user support, troubleshooting video/audio issues, and training end-users
  • Familiarity with security configurations and compliance standards in video collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in collaboration or unified communications technologies
  • Experience with event production, virtual event management, and broadcast-quality streaming
  • Knowledge of multimedia editing and production tools
  • Ability to script or automate routine platform management tasks
  • Understanding of hybrid and remote work collaboration challenges and solutions
