The Opportunity

This is an individual contributor role with a direct line to revenue impact. You will own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, inbound conversion, discovery, deal execution, and close. As the sales function grows around you, there is a clear path to leading a team of SDRs and closers.

What You Will Own
  • Outbound prospecting: build a qualified pipeline daily via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Inbound lead conversion: fast response, structured follow-up, and sharp qualification.
  • Lead nurture: multi-touch sequences, reactivation of cold leads, and pipeline recycling.
  • Discovery and qualification: understand pain, budget, urgency, decision process, and deal blockers.
  • Deal execution: proposals, negotiation, contracting, and clean handoff to onboarding.
  • Pipeline discipline: CRM accuracy, stage hygiene, and next steps are always scheduled.
  • Forecasting and reporting: weekly pipeline review, activity metrics, and a clear close plan per deal.

  • A hunter and closer who can build a pipeline from scratch and see deals through

    to signature.
  • Strong at structured discovery: you lead conversations with purpose and drive to

    clarity.
  • Confident handling of objections and keeping momentum without burning

    relationships.
  • Disciplined with CRM and forecasting: you believe in clean data because it helps

    you sell better.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where your results are visible and your

    wins are recognised.
