Overview
Were looking for a driven and organized Store Manager to lead our trendy furniture store and support our Group CEO.


This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating order, managing customers, and ensuring the Group CEOs time is managed efficiently and optimally.

What Youll Do

  • Oversee daily store operations including welcoming customers, sales, inventory control, collecting payments, daily reconciliations, sharing product info and demos, and providing customer service.

  • Drive sales though wholesale opportunities, sponsorships, partnersships and other creative collaborations.

  • Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and product displays to maintain a stylish, well-organized store environment.

  • Assist with delivery and logistics where required.

  • Handle administrative responsibilities such as invoicing, payment tracking, supplier communication, and document management for the group.

  • Support the CEO with administrative tasks, professional and personal where required.

  • Manage the CEOs calendar where required. Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internally and externally.

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for financial and administrative documents.

  • Act as a point of contact for administrative inquiries, ensuring smooth communication with internal and external parties.

  • Assist with document preparation, lodging, and delivery to the necessary administrative offices in Cyprus where required.

  • Manage local office errands as required by the CEO.

  • Manage light marketing and promotions tasks such as collecting customer feedback, photos and videos.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal secretary

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with a structured approach to managing multiple responsibilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with digital tools (POS systems, Excel/Google Sheets, inventory software, etc.).

  • A proactive problem solver with high attention to detail and a focus on achieving results.

  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable — comfortable working across both retail and administrative functions.

  • Experience in office administration and executive support (incl. personal).

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Valid Cyprus driver's license.
