Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide rehabilitation services to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies using evidence-based practices.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercises, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Work independently while maintaining effective communication with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctor of Physical Therapy or Bachelor/Master-level PT degree).
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Arkansas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations and take appropriate action.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience in outpatient, acute care, or rehab settings.
  • Knowledge of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient education strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
