Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
- Provide rehabilitation services to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies using evidence-based practices.
- Educate patients and families on home exercises, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
- Work independently while maintaining effective communication with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctor of Physical Therapy or Bachelor/Master-level PT degree).
- Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Arkansas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations and take appropriate action.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Experience in outpatient, acute care, or rehab settings.
- Knowledge of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient education strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
