Salary: $53,000 – $55,000 base + uncapped commission (earnings up to $10,000 in Year 1)

Overview:
Express Employment is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades roles, including Welders, Fabricators, Maintenance Mechanics, CNC Machinists, and more. This is a full desk recruiter role where you'll drive business development, source top talent, and place candidates with leading local companies. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify new business, negotiate contracts, and build long-term client relationships.
• Candidate Sourcing & Placement: Source, screen, interview, and match candidates to client needs using job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Handle the entire recruitment process from job intake to candidate placement and offer negotiation.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, attend trade school events, job fairs, and provide clients with competitive talent intelligence.
• Job Ads & Candidate Relations: Write compelling job postings, manage candidate interactions, and guide them through hiring and onboarding.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a full desk recruiter with experience in skilled trades hiring.
• Proven business development skills with success in generating new clients.
• Familiarity with construction and skilled trades roles preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, job orders, and deadlines.
