Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying changes in condition
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide patient and family education on conditions, treatments, and procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or a multistate license valid in Iowa
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
