Senior Structural Bridge Engineer

We are seeking a Structural Section Head with expertise in bridge and civil engineering to lead our local structural team. This role combines technical leadership, project management, and business development to drive departmental growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead structural/bridge engineering projects and technical teams
• Drive business development and expand local market presence
• Manage departmental budget, staffing, and resources
• Mentor, hire, and develop engineers and technical staff
• Support proposal development and serve as a technical expert

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 10+ years of structural or bridge engineering experience
• Project management and business development experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred:

• Experience with county/state clients
• Supervisory experience
