Manufacturing Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Project Manager to oversee and manage manufacturing projects from initial estimate through completion. This role is perfect for candidates with manufacturing experience who are detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. You will manage all aspects of a project, including engineering, purchasing, materials, quality, and installation, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate job quotes, estimates, and proposals
• Manage project execution, including engineering, material procurement, production, quality control, and installation
• Monitor project schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
• Analyze project feedback and data to improve future processes
• Communicate effectively with all internal departments and customers
• Engage with customers to ensure project requirements are fully understood and met

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints
• Associate degree or higher in engineering or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum of five years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new products and processes
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AutoCAD, Solid Works, and E-Drawings
• Background in manufacturing, including metal fabrication, injection molding, machinery, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work
