Shop Technician

Join our safety-focused team as a Shop Technician! Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment, generators, HVAC systems, pumps, and specialty industrial machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Work on a variety of equipment makes and models
• Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Follow safety protocols in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• 1-3 years as a technician (diesel, heavy equipment, or industrial systems)
• High school diploma or GED; trade/technical training preferred
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic/electrical systems
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors
• Own basic mechanic tools

Preferred:

• ASE/IFPS certifications
• Experience with aerial lifts, generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil/gas equipment
• Bilingual skills based on location
• Military mechanic/technician experience

Pay & Benefits:

• $18.62 - $25.59/hr (based on experience & location)
