Overview

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians with strong electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting experience to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This role is critical to maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe, efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, VFDs (variable frequency drives), motors, gearboxes, pumps, and power supplies
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Support mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across the facility
  • Document work orders, repairs, and parts usage in a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Partner with production teams to resolve equipment issues and reduce downtime
  • Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety regulations
  • Assist with startup/shutdown procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Train and support junior technicians as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, PLC, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Experience with PLCs, AC drives (VFDs), and industrial controls
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools
  • Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance documentation
  • Knowledge of machining, assembly practices, and shop tools
  • Ability to manage multiple repairs in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing
  • TIG or stick welding experience

Shifts Available

  • 1st Shift: ~6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (1 opening)
  • 2nd Shift: ~3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (2 openings)
  • 3rd Shift: ~11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (2 openings)

Work Environment

  • On-site role in a high-speed manufacturing facility
  • Requires standing, walking, and hands-on equipment work
  • Must follow strict safety and quality standards
