Physical Therapist (PT) – Los Alamos, NM | Outpatient & Rehabilitation | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
• Provide hands-on therapy and guidance to help patients restore mobility, strength, balance, and function.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and strategies to maintain long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain a safe and professional clinical environment while adhering to all regulatory and clinical standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Current New Mexico Physical Therapy (PT) license
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex patient cases and deliver patient-centered care
