Overview

We are hiring a Field Service Technician II to perform on-site repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of copiers, printers, and multi-function printers (MFPs). This is a customer-facing, field-based role ideal for technicians experienced in break/fix service, diagnostics, and equipment uptime support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform break/fix repair and preventive maintenance on copiers, printers, and MFPs
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, networking, and print issues on-site
  • Respond to field service calls quickly and professionally
  • Complete service reports, work orders, and documentation
  • Ensure equipment uptime and performance standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Follow safety protocols and site requirements

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of experience in printer/copier/MFP repair or field service
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Basic knowledge of networking and internet environments
  • Ability to travel locally (valid driver's license required)
  • Comfortable working on-call, shifts, and in a 24/7 environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Must be able to pass background/security clearances

Preferred

  • Experience with digital imaging equipment, print systems, or managed print services (MPS)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • $25–$27/hour
  • Monthly auto allowance or company vehicle option
