Civil Engineering Manager

Join our Charleston office as a Civil Site Engineer - Section Head and lead our growing site civil practice! This is a hands-on leadership role combining project management, business development, and team mentorship. You'll oversee site development projects, manage budgets, and guide multidisciplinary teams while building strong client relationships in the Lowcountry.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor civil engineering teams for site development projects
• Drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships
• Oversee project design, permitting, and delivery
• Manage budgets, staffing, and departmental performance
• Hire, develop, and retain top engineering talent
• Provide technical expertise and support project proposals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (accredited program)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in site civil engineering
• Proven project management and business development skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
