Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum
• Monitor maternal and fetal health and respond to emergencies
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth process
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Current Iowa Registered Nurse License or compact nursing license eligible for practice in Iowa
• Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Passion for maternal and newborn health
