Qualifications / Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
• Active RN license in Iowa or eligible through compact/multistate licensure
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in case management, utilization review, discharge planning, or related healthcare leadership roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality metrics, and patient care best practices
• Experience in hospital, acute care, or rehab settings preferred
