Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
  • Current Iowa RN license or a compact state license eligible to practice in Iowa
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical assessment skills
  • Previous experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or mental health nursing is preferred but not required
