Senior Structural Bridge Engineer

Join our employee-owned team as a Transportation Structural Project Engineer! Lead bridge and transportation structure projects, manage budgets and schedules, and provide technical guidance to design engineers. Work closely with clients, subconsultants, and your project team to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient designs.

Responsibilities:

• Design new and rehabilitation bridge projects (steel, reinforced, prestressed concrete)
• Lead and mentor engineers and drafting staff
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Prepare bid documents and oversee construction phase services
• Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
• PE license in Maryland
• 10-15 years of structural design experience, including AASHTO LRFD bridge design
• Experience with Maryland Department of Transportation projects
• Strong project management, technical, and interpersonal skills
