• Operate and maintain state-of-the-art radiation therapy equipment, including linear accelerators and imaging systems.
• Accurately document treatment plans, patient progress, and equipment performance.
• Educate patients and families about treatment procedures, side effects, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, safety protocols, and professional guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field from an accredited program.
• Active certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT or equivalent).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a patient-centered care approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to support patients during challenging treatments.
