Injection Molding Service Technician – Field Service | Nationwide Travel

Location: Nationwide (50–80% travel)
Job Type: Full-time | 40+ hours/week | On-the-road

Join a leading provider of high-precision injection molding machines and hands-on service! We're seeking an experienced Injection Molding Service Technician to support clients, assist sales projects, and maintain top-performing equipment. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in plastics, injection molding, or mold industry field service roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, start-up, repair, maintain, and upgrade injection molding machines
• Travel nationwide to customer sites (50–80%)
• Troubleshoot machines and optimize client processes
• Conduct hands-on technical training for customers, sales teams, and internal staff
• Manage service data in MS Dynamics 365 and support spare parts inventory
• Collaborate with international OEM teams (China, Europe, India)
• Assist with product trials, process improvements, and machine documentation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in injection molding or plastics field service
• Strong hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of the plastics and mold industry
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel (vehicle use compensated)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Dynamics 365 preferred
• Excellent communication skills
