Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage new product launches and process improvement projects.
- Monitor and optimize production metrics such as cycle times, scrap rates, efficiency, and equipment utilization.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D teams to ensure high-quality, cost-effective production.
- Conduct root cause analysis and apply problem-solving tools (flowcharts, fishbone diagrams, etc.).
- Analyze data using statistical quality control and present findings through reports, graphs, and charts.
- Recommend and implement design improvements, equipment upgrades, and process modifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including FMEA procedures, technical reports, and process flow diagrams.
- Support compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
Experience:

Entry-level, recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
Technical Skills:

Knowledge of CNC programming and PLC programming/nomenclature

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD

Familiarity with FMEA, SPC, and close-tolerance measurement tools

Ability to read and interpret technical part drawings
- Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems, and Special equipment like CBN grinding and chip handling systems
