Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage new product launches and process improvement projects.
  • Monitor and optimize production metrics such as cycle times, scrap rates, efficiency, and equipment utilization.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D teams to ensure high-quality, cost-effective production.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and apply problem-solving tools (flowcharts, fishbone diagrams, etc.).
  • Analyze data using statistical quality control and present findings through reports, graphs, and charts.
  • Recommend and implement design improvements, equipment upgrades, and process modifications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including FMEA procedures, technical reports, and process flow diagrams.
  • Support compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)

Experience:

  • Entry-level, recent graduates are encouraged to apply!

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of CNC programming and PLC programming/nomenclature

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD

  • Familiarity with FMEA, SPC, and close-tolerance measurement tools

  • Ability to read and interpret technical part drawings

  • Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems, and Special equipment like CBN grinding and chip handling systems
