We're seeking a Process Engineer with a strong background in plastics and injection molding to drive continuous improvement initiatives at our Winchester facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you'll play a vital role in enhancing productivity, ensuring quality, and supporting capital projects that keep us at the forefront of manufacturing excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and implement manufacturing control strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

  • Manage capital projects from concept through completion, including preparing capital authorization requests.

  • Use Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), and other tools to identify and execute process improvements.

  • Conduct audits, develop actionable plans, and ensure their successful implementation.

  • Partner with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and support operations.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • Plastics manufacturing experience is a must.

  • Strong background in injection molding processes.

  • Demonstrated success in managing capital improvement projects.

  • Excellent communication and technical problem-solving skills.

  • Business-savvy with a continuous improvement mindset.
