Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic data and clinical observations.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy (individual, group, or family) to patients with a range of mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and nursing staff.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and facility standards.
  • Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and treatment planning sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited college or university.
  • Current, active, and unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state of California.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in a similar behavioral health or correctional facility setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
