Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of production team leaders and associates
• Develop and implement associate training plans to improve skills and teamwork
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment (5S, safety-first culture)
• Ensure production goals are met, including quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency
• Monitor and reduce process rejects and scrap through root cause analysis and Kaizen
• Promote a positive work environment and resolve performance issues through coaching

• Enforce company policies and procedures fairly and consistently

• Support production flow and accuracy using KANBAN and standardized work systems
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles
• Collaborate with other departments and international coordinators as needed
• Ensure on-time delivery and proper packaging to meet customer requirements

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Required

• 35 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent training and relevant experience

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and visual management systems is a plus

• Must be dependable, solution-oriented, and team-focused
