About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Aerospace Chief Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge aerospace products and systems. This is a leadership role with hands-on involvement in mechanical and electromechanical design, focused on compliance, innovation, and performance in a FAA Part 145 environment.
As the Aerospace Chief Engineer, you will guide engineering teams, lead high-impact projects, and ensure excellence in the fabrication, application, and testing of aerospace components. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the research, design, and development of aerospace products and systems.
- Oversee the fabrication, operation, maintenance, and repair of aerospace components in accordance with FAA Part 145 regulations.
- Provide technical leadership in the design of heat transfer equipment, exhaust systems, tooling, and test equipment.
- Mentor and manage engineering teams to meet project milestones and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align product development with business goals.
- Ensure strict regulatory compliance and maintain high engineering standards.
- Engage directly with clients to understand technical requirements and provide engineering solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry.

Proven leadership as an Engineering Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.

Experience working with FAA Part 145 regulations.

Strong knowledge of brazing, metrology, and telemetry.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering field.

Proficiency in 3D modeling (SolidWorks preferred).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Hands-on experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
