What You'll Do as a Quality Engineer:

  • Analyze and evaluate the quality of automotive components to ensure compliance with industry and customer standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control and inspection processes.

  • Operate and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including conducting audits.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop Control Plans, Work Instructions, and ensure alignment with PFMEAs and Process Flows.
  • Apply statistical process control (SPC) to monitor production performance and drive improvements.
  • Review design documents, supplier quality manuals, and customer specifications for quality compliance.
  • Assist in problem-solving activities, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Lead or participate in internal and external audits (ISO 9001 / IATF-16949).
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure continuous quality improvement.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 03 years of experience in quality engineering, ideally in a high-volume automotive environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (IATF-16949 / TS16949 is a strong plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), statistical analysis software, and CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, including GD&T.

  • Strong understanding of SPC, CP, CPK, PFMEA, PPAP, and APQP processes.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Hands-on experience with quality assurance tools and techniques.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing data sets (ASCII, CSV, TXT formats).

  • A continuous improvement mindset and passion for quality.
