Are you a hands-on maintenance professional with a knack for organization, scheduling, and keeping production running smoothly? Join our manufacturing team as a Maintenance Planner and take ownership of preventive maintenance, work order coordination, and continuous improvement across multi-line production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance work to maximize uptime.
• Build, manage, and improve preventive maintenance (PM) programs.
• Create and prioritize work orders in alignment with production schedules.
• Coordinate multi-craft crews, manage parts inventory, and stage materials.
• Analyze equipment performance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and adjust schedules quickly.
• Train technicians on PM procedures and maintenance best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• 2+ years of maintenance planning/scheduling experience in production settings.
• Proven experience creating or optimizing preventive maintenance programs.
• CMMS proficiency (IBM Maximo, SAP PM, Infor, Fiix, eMaint, UpKeep, or equivalent).
• Inventory/parts coordination and MRO management experience.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills to support maintenance analytics.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
