Location: Ripon, WI (On-site) Shift: Weekend Nights (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM) Compensation: Base (Commensurate with experience) Shift Differential: +$3.25 per hour

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

  • Expert Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex production machinery, including advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, pumps, and conveyor systems.
  • Mechanical Maintenance: Use precision measuring instruments and hand/power tools to maintain equipment according to diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Data-Driven Performance: Collect and analyze machine operation data to identify trends, recommend downtime reduction strategies, and manage work orders through our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Equipment Preparation: Lead the setup and technical testing of new machinery to ensure full operational safety and efficiency.
  • Fabrication: Perform welding and mechanical repairs as needed to support ongoing maintenance activities.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Education: Associate degree (Two-year) in Electromechanical Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level ability to read technical diagrams and troubleshoot electromechanical systems.
  • Computer Proficiency: Ability to utilize CMMS software for part searches and work order management.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, stoop, bend, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Compliance: Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
