Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (upon successful hire)
Shift Differential: $3.25/hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join a stable and growing manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical, PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems supporting production equipment.

You will work in a structured, team-oriented environment where safety, reliability, and continuous improvement are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems on industrial machinery
  • Install, test, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment using schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on motors, transformers, panels, breakers, conduit, and lighting systems
  • Dismantle machinery and replace or repair defective components (electrical and mechanical)
  • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
  • Interpret blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions to complete installations and repairs
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs and alignments as needed
  • Install and monitor equipment for performance, safety, and operational efficiency
  • Document work and manage maintenance tasks using a CMMS system
  • Support and occasionally guide junior maintenance team members as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree (2-year) in Electrical, Electromechanical, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems for work orders and parts lookup
  • Basic mechanical repair capability (motor mounting, alignment, component replacement)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active maintenance work (standing, bending, stooping)
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical

Preferred Experience

  • Industrial or plant maintenance in manufacturing environments
  • Automation, mechatronics, OEM equipment service, or heavy machinery maintenance
  • Experience supporting multi-shift production operations
