Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs for patients with a wide range of physical conditions
• Provide acute care and rehabilitation services to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and response to therapy
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, and injury prevention

Required Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Maine Physical Therapist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings
