Location: Easton, PA (Full-Time, On-Site, Local Travel in Lehigh Valley)
Salary: $53,000 – $57,000 base + uncapped commission (Earnings up to $20,000 Year 1)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive B2B sales and grow client relationships in the Lehigh Valley area. This is a full-time, on-site role with local travel to meet face-to-face with prospects and key accounts. You will work closely with our recruitment team to deliver staffing solutions while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Territory-based B2B sales with in-person prospecting and client acquisition
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Attend networking events to expand client base
• Prepare sales reports, negotiate contracts, and ensure exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions

Qualifications:

• 3 – 4 years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and networking
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficient with CRM software and sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Staffing industry experience is a plus
