Maintenance Technician – Packaging Equipment | Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (1st & 2nd Shift)

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician / Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support packaging equipment, electrical systems, and plant machinery. This role is ideal for candidates with strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance (PM) experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair packaging equipment and electrical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) to reduce downtime
• Maintain hydraulic systems, motors, and controls
• Conduct safety inspections and equipment repairs
• Assist with general plant maintenance

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance/manufacturing experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Experience with hand/power tools and measuring instruments
• High school diploma or technical training preferred
• Must be local/able to commute

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay: $25–$35/hour (DOE) + Overtime + Shift Differential

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 70–100 lbs
• Frequent walking, climbing, and tool use
