Road Service Technician

Join a leading equipment rental company as a Road Mechanic/Service Technician! Work on a variety of construction and specialty equipment, including aerial lifts, generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and more at customer locations. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow into service or operations management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and advanced repairs on diesel and heavy equipment
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems
• Ensure equipment safety and reliability at job sites

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (trade school or technical training a plus)
• 1-2+ years of experience with diesel, heavy construction, or specialty equipment
• Valid driver's license (CDL may be required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, crouch, and work indoors/outdoors
• Bilingual skills are a plus (location-dependent)

Pay & Benefits:

• $20.96-$28.82/hr (varies by experience & location)
