Demand Generation Manager - Draper, UT (Hybrid, Local Candidates Only)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead and execute B2B marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing, enterprise marketing, and end-to-end campaign management, with a proven ability to collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize omni-channel demand generation campaigns to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies to consistently drive new business.
  • Collaborate with content, events, paid media, and web teams on campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and paid media sponsorships.
  • Track campaign performance, budgets, and ROI.
  • Support in-person events that drive customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and demand generation.
  • Proven success executing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and Clay is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.

Additional Details:

  • Location: Draper, UT (local candidates only)
  • Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in office
  • Contract: 6 months, possible extension
  • Travel: Up to 15%
