Commercial Roofing Installer

Position Summary

Express Employment Professionals (Twinsburg) is hiring experienced Commercial Roofers for direct hire opportunities in the Warren, OH area. In this role, you will install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project timelines. This is a hands-on field position suited for skilled roofing professionals with strong commercial experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems
• Remove and replace old or damaged roofing materials
• Install roofing materials, including asphalt, metal, slate, and related systems
• Measure, cut, shape, and secure roofing components to specification
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow OSHA safety standards and job-site safety protocols at all times
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and structural requirements
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
• Collaborate with crew members, supervisors, and project stakeholders
• Provide updates on job progress and support timely project completion

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of commercial roofing experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
• Experience with roofing repair, replacement, and maintenance projects
• Ability to safely operate roofing tools and equipment
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
• Ability to follow technical instructions, blueprints, and job specifications
• Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Experience

• Commercial roofing experience in the U.S. construction industry
• Familiarity with Ohio or Midwest building codes and roofing standards
• Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial roofing projects

Work Environment & Location

This is an on-site role based in Warren, Ohio. Candidates should be comfortable commuting within approximately up to 2 hours, including areas such as Youngstown, Akron, Cleveland, Canton, and Pittsburgh metro. Due to the nature of the role and pay structure, local candidates are strongly preferred.
