CT Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced radiologic professional to lead our CT department, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and staff development. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor CT technologists, fostering a culture of excellence and patient-centered care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards
• Coordinate daily CT operations, including scheduling, workflow, and equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to optimize imaging protocols and patient outcomes
• Participate in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives for the CT department

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program accredited by CAHEA or JRCT
• ARRT or NMTCB certification with advanced CT credentials
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in CT imaging
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Willingness to relocate to Burlington, Vermont
