A nationally recognized 23-hospital academic health system in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to serve as Executive Director / Client Executive. This senior leadership role oversees multi-site HTM operations, client relationships, compliance, and business growth across a large healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering operations across multiple hospitals
• Serve as the primary executive contact for the University Hospitals Health System
• Drive operational excellence, financial performance, and contract compliance
• Develop growth strategies, succession planning, and leadership development
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
• Oversee safety programs, risk management, and quality performance
• Partner with clients on governance, reporting, and performance metrics
• Support cybersecurity awareness and protection of healthcare technology systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management or Clinical Engineering
• Proven experience managing multi-site hospital or health system operations
• Strong business acumen, budgeting, and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, safety standards, and HTM regulations
• Understanding of cybersecurity challenges in healthcare environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams

• Large U.S. hospital or academic health system experience
• Executive-level client management and governance oversight
