A nationally recognized 23-hospital academic health system in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to serve as Executive Director / Client Executive. This senior leadership role oversees multi-site HTM operations, client relationships, compliance, and business growth across a large healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering operations across multiple hospitals
- Serve as the primary executive contact for the University Hospitals Health System
- Drive operational excellence, financial performance, and contract compliance
- Develop growth strategies, succession planning, and leadership development
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
- Oversee safety programs, risk management, and quality performance
- Partner with clients on governance, reporting, and performance metrics
- Support cybersecurity awareness and protection of healthcare technology systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management or Clinical Engineering
- Proven experience managing multi-site hospital or health system operations
- Strong business acumen, budgeting, and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, safety standards, and HTM regulations
- Understanding of cybersecurity challenges in healthcare environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams
Preferred Experience
- Large U.S. hospital or academic health system experience
- Executive-level client management and governance oversight
- Business development and regional growth strategy execution
