Vice President of Signage | Signage Operations & Manufacturing Leadership

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 + Annual Incentive

Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic Vice President of Signage to lead and scale a full-service signage division, overseeing design, fabrication, production, installation, and project management. This executive role drives operational excellence, profitability (P&L), and customer satisfaction across large-scale signage projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end signage operations: design, manufacturing, installation, and project delivery
  • Develop and execute growth, efficiency, and profitability strategies
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and full P&L accountability
  • Optimize production workflows, quality standards, and on-time installation
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and permitting
  • Partner with sales and leadership on bids, proposals, and key client relationships
  • Build, mentor, and retain high-performing directors, managers, and supervisors
  • Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and margin growth

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in the signage, fabrication, or construction industries
  • 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing large-scale production and installation teams
  • Proven experience with signage materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes
  • Strong background in operations leadership, P&L management, and strategic planning
  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
