Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to develop customized physical therapy treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Active or eligible Missouri Physical Therapist (PT) License.
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or hospital settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
