Service Supervisor – Injection Molding | Field Service & Customer Support

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor with a background in injection molding and plastics manufacturing to lead our North service team. This role focuses on field service operations, customer support, maintenance coordination, and team leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the service team; oversee daily field service operations
  • Handle customer complaints quickly and provide effective solutions
  • Coordinate on-site service, maintenance, and machine support with the sales team
  • Track equipment, service records, and maintenance schedules
  • Monitor service performance and ensure all issues are fully resolved
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and conduct team meetings
  • Manage spare parts inventory and stock levels
  • Identify recurring issues and implement process improvements
  • Support training and development of service technicians
  • Collaborate with QC and technical teams to resolve production issues

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in injection molding/plastics industry (service or field support preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of plastic processing, machinery, and maintenance
  • Experience in customer service, troubleshooting, and team leadership
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (vehicle compensation provided)
