Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor with a background in injection molding and plastics manufacturing to lead our North service team. This role focuses on field service operations, customer support, maintenance coordination, and team leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the service team; oversee daily field service operations
- Handle customer complaints quickly and provide effective solutions
- Coordinate on-site service, maintenance, and machine support with the sales team
- Track equipment, service records, and maintenance schedules
- Monitor service performance and ensure all issues are fully resolved
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and conduct team meetings
- Manage spare parts inventory and stock levels
- Identify recurring issues and implement process improvements
- Support training and development of service technicians
- Collaborate with QC and technical teams to resolve production issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in injection molding/plastics industry (service or field support preferred)
- Strong knowledge of plastic processing, machinery, and maintenance
- Experience in customer service, troubleshooting, and team leadership
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (vehicle compensation provided)
