Physical Therapist (PT) – Medical-Surgical | Sierra Vista, AZ | Full-Time

As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and rehabilitation specialists, to deliver comprehensive care and ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop customized treatment plans for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury in a Med/Surg environment.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual techniques to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and strategies for daily living.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Arizona Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in acute care, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation settings.
• Knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy treatment and patient mobility programs.
