Regional Sales Manager - HVAC / Building Automation (Western U.S.)
Location: Remote - Must reside near a major airport in AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA, or WY
Travel: Up to 50%

Critical Room Controls (CRC) designs, engineers, and manufactures innovative solutions for critical environments. Our products measure key parameters and are trusted in hospitals and research facilities worldwide. We are seeking a technical, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow and support our channel partner network across the Western U.S.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and expand relationships with 12-14 channel partners in your territory.
- Deliver technical sales presentations and act as the subject-matter expert (SME) on partner sales calls.
- Drive new business by engaging engineers, contractors, and facility managers.
- Guide projects from design through post-installation support.
- Represent CRC at trade shows, webinars, and training events.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in technical sales within HVAC or Building Automation, preferably at a manufacturer.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of airflow measurement, room pressure monitoring, and mechanical building systems.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage multi-state channel partner territories and deliver technical, solution-based selling.
- Comfortable working with design engineers, specifiers, contractors, and owners.
- Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into value-based solutions.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience supporting multi-state or regional indirect sales.
