1. Eligibility

The Referral Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older who refer qualified candidates or employers to UMYRA LLC. Employees, contractors, or partners of UMYRA LLC may participate only with prior written approval.

Referrers must have obtained consent from the individual or company they are referring before submitting their information.

2. Referral Submission

To be eligible, referrals must be submitted through UMYRA LLC’s official referral form, email, or another approved method. The referred individual or company must not already be in UMYRA LLC’s database or have had prior contact with UMYRA LLC within the last 12 months.

3. Successful Placement Definition

A referral is considered successful when:

• The referred candidate is hired by one of UMYRA LLC’s clients through UMYRA’s direct involvement, and

• The candidate remains actively employed with the client beyond the minimum guarantee period (typically 90 days from start date), or

• The referred company signs a service agreement with UMYRA LLC and completes at least one paid hire.

4. Referral Rewards

If a referral meets the success criteria above, the referrer will receive a referral bonus or credit as specified by UMYRA LLC at the time of submission.

• Reward amounts vary depending on the position or client type and will be communicated in writing.

• Rewards are typically issued within 30 days after the guarantee period is met.

• All applicable taxes on referral rewards are the responsibility of the referrer.

5. Duplicate Referrals

If the same referral is submitted by multiple individuals, the reward will be granted to the first eligible submission received by UMYRA LLC.

6. Confidentiality

All referrals and candidate information are treated as confidential. UMYRA LLC will use the provided information solely for recruitment or business development purposes.

7. Program Changes

UMYRA LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any pending qualified referrals will still be honored according to the terms in effect at the time of submission.

8. Limitation of Liability

UMYRA LLC is not liable for any loss, claim, or damages arising from participation in the Referral Program, except where prohibited by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
