About the job Senior Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business units to identify and define requirements
Analyze current processes and support the development of potential solutions
Plan, lead, and document workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
Model, validate, and document business processes in the process portal using BPMN
Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and external software providers
Candidate Profile Key Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Requirements Engineer within the financial sector essential
Proven track record in agile project environments, particularly in collaboration with technical implementation teams essential
Professional certification as a Requirements Engineer and/or Business Analyst essential
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with a confident and persuasive communication style essential
Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly in the areas of AML, sanctions, and anti-bribery & corruption essential
Language Requirements:
German: Native level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
English: Very good command, both written and spoken
Department Activities / Project Scope:
The project focuses on implementing a range of AML-related requirements within the customer onboarding process. This includes initial and ongoing screenings against external lists (e.g., sanctions, PEPs), as well as maintaining and updating customer master data. Additionally, the role involves establishing a reporting framework to track and visualize key AML metrics.
