We are seeking an Administrative Assistant (Remote) to join our team. 

SALARY: $1300 USD Per year, Paid Weekly. 
LOCATION: Remote, You're in Nigeria. We are currently not seeking candidates from other parts of the world at this time.
EXPERIENCE: 2 years of progressive experience in an office setting, someone who can work without much direction, independently. Do not apply if you do not have the experience 
EDUCATION: Some college is preferred a bachelor's Degree equivalent. If you are good at what you do, we would be open to someone without a degree.

We are seeing an Administrative assistant (Remote) to work Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 4 pm US EDT. Please pay attention to this when you're scheduling a meeting.

What you'll be doing.

You'll be working part-time, 5 days a week. Monday to Friday 10 am to 4 pm US ET. During those 6 hours, you'll need to complete tasks and projects such as answering calls, maintaining the database, plus any other tasks as required. 

This is a permanent part-time role that you'll be performing. I need someone who is hard-working, dedicated, reliable, willing to learn the job, and wants to really work with the company. 

Please No lazy or not interested in working but want a paycheck - this is not the role for you. 

We want you to eventually be able to work your own hours, doing what is needed to do, but please answer the calls as they come in during our business hours. Possibly someone more mature, a female 40+

Time Zone, you will work in. 

Washington, DC is in the Eastern Time Zone of the United States of America (USA). Eastern Standard Time (EST) is 5 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-5). Please pay attention to time zones when/if you are asked to meet with us. 

What you will need.

  • A laptop and a good internet connection are in order to do this job.
  • You must have a clear English-speaking voice.
  • You will need to know office skills - documented in detail on your resume and can be confirmed via your references 
  • You are very teachable/trainable

  • Microsoft Office (plus other advanced modules)
  • Data Entry, and Database Management Skills

Skills Required. 

  • Microsoft 365, expanded modules i.e. Power Automate
    • Must know MS Excel
    • Must know MS Word
    • Must know MS Outlook- 
      • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar Management
    • Must know One Drive
    • Must know PowerPoint
    • MS Forms - Surveys, questionnaires, etc
    • MS Bookings
  • Database experience - Maintaining, editing, etc
  • Must meet or exceed deadlines in a timely fashion
  • Must have critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (Gatekeeper) for an average of incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
  • Must have phone/receptionist experience
  • Must know how to prioritize workload 
  • Must have time management skills
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • Write and edit documents from letters, prepare reports when asked, and instructional documents
  • Use Chat (for website) to communicate with online visitors
  • Maintain Job board, posting, editing
  • Must have good writing skills
  • Would like to work in a collaborative environment, contributing to and helping to improve BLC company functions and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent worker
  • Content creation and Social Media management
  • Someone with Human Resources or Recruiting experience is highly desired.

Your Benefits.

  1. Salary. Weekly Pay via ACH/Direct Deposit. 598006.50 NGN per year (or $1300 USD per year) 
  2. Bonus Pay. Base plus periodic bonuses throughout the year. Bonus Pay is based on company performance, profitability, and your overall performance.
