·       They offer a broad range of services from design engineering, electrical control systems and automation, upgrades to their clients, field service response, inspections training and more

 

Job Summary:

 

The ILS Analyst is responsible for contributing to all aspects of Integrated Logistics Support for multiple clients with varied ILS requirements. Primarily the candidate will be responsible for analyzing Naval replenishment designs for repairability and cataloguing spare parts in accordance with contract requirements, maintaining indentured bills of material, performing maintainability assessments and developing technical publications as required.

 

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance procedures according to contractual requirements
  • Develop technical manuals for operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of HEI equipment
  • Review design documentation to perform spares analysis and catalogue spares data according to contract requirements.
  • Prepare indentured bills of material and maintain them throughout the life of the contract
  • Work with the ILS Manager to manage compliance of Hepburn manuals with applicable commercial and government/military standards
  • Work with engineers to create maintenance procedures using a systematic approach
  • Prepare reliability and maintainability data as required
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated organization with capacity to prioritize competing deliverables
  • Must have a Mechanical or Electrical aptitude and demonstrated ability to quickly understand and apply technical concepts and principles to solve problems.
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication in the English language
  • Attention to detail when formatting and reviewing technical manuals
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency using Madcap Flare or Similar XML Authoring Tools
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time on multiple simultaneous projects
  • Ability to work independently to complete tasks as assigned

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

·       Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technologist or equivalent experience

·       Experience with aftermarket support in the defense industry

·       Minimum 1-year experience with Technical Manual development or ILS Aftermarket Support

·       Experience using Adobe Illustrator

·       Experience calculating reliability and maintainability data (MTBF, MTBO, MTTR)
