Fullstack Solidity Developer (EVM)

Our client is a leading Web3 advisory and marketing firm that connects strategy, execution, and measurable data end-to-end. They combine elite advisory, unmatched relationships, and a fully data-driven marketing engine. They are seeking a Fullstack Solidity Developer to join their team and play a key role in building and optimizing decentralized applications from end to end - from smart contract design to Fullstack implementation. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust smart contracts using Solidity for the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
• Build responsive and efficient frontend and backend systems that interact with on-chain logic.
• Implement cross-chain communication, token standards (ERC-20, SEP-20), and other interoperability frameworks.
• Work closely with product, design, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance decentralized applications.
• Conduct regular code reviews, testing, and audits to ensure optimal contract security and functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest Web3 tooling, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Fullstack Development experience (JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, or similar).
• 2+ years of hands-on Solidity development and deployment on EVM-compatible chains.
• Strong understanding of EVM tooling such as Hardhat or Foundry.
• Familiarity with cross-chain bridges, token standards, and interoperability frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, database integration, and cloud infrastructure.
• Passion for blockchain technology, clean code, and decentralized innovation.
• Preference for candidates based in Europe or Asia.
