Role Mission
The General Manager will drive sustainable and profitable growth while leading day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Strategy
- Identify root causes of performance challenges
- Develop and execute growth initiatives
- Drive revenue and EBITDA growth
2. SaaS Operations
- Oversee recurring revenue strategies
- Optimize customer lifecycle and subscription management
- Improve operational efficiency
3. Performance Management
- Build and manage KPI dashboards
- Align teams around measurable goals
- Ensure accountability across functions
4. Financial Ownership
- Take full ownership of P&L within 3–6 months
- Drive profitability before scaling headcount
5. Leadership
- Lead a cross-functional remote team
- Establish systems, processes, and culture
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership

Experience & Background
- 4+ years in SaaS / Tech leadership roles
- Experience in bootstrapped companies (<50 employees)
- Background in B2C SaaS (ideally $1M–$5M ARR range)
- Cross-functional experience (product, marketing, ops, etc.)
- Experience leading remote, distributed teams (3+ years)
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn)
- Experience working closely with founders or executives
- Prior P&L ownership experience
