Role Mission

The General Manager will drive sustainable and profitable growth while leading day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify root causes of performance challenges
  • Develop and execute growth initiatives
  • Drive revenue and EBITDA growth

2. SaaS Operations

  • Oversee recurring revenue strategies
  • Optimize customer lifecycle and subscription management
  • Improve operational efficiency

3. Performance Management

  • Build and manage KPI dashboards
  • Align teams around measurable goals
  • Ensure accountability across functions

4. Financial Ownership

  • Take full ownership of P&L within 3–6 months
  • Drive profitability before scaling headcount

5. Leadership

  • Lead a cross-functional remote team
  • Establish systems, processes, and culture
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership

Experience & Background

  • Background in B2C SaaS (ideally $1M–$5M ARR range)
  • Cross-functional experience (product, marketing, ops, etc.)
  • Experience leading remote, distributed teams (3+ years)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn)
  • Experience working closely with founders or executives
  • Prior P&L ownership experience
