Multi-Brand Growth Full Ownership

Type: Full-time / Remote

Brands: 3 to 4 simultaneous

1. ROLE CONTEXT

Provision Capital operates a growing portfolio of brands in parallel. As the portfolio expands, the need for consistent, high-quality execution across all brands becomes a central priority.

This role was created to ensure that marketing and growth initiatives move from planning into action with speed and continuity. The Brand & Growth Operator is the person who makes things happen across all assigned brands, every week.

2. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Brand & Growth Operator is responsible for the effective execution of marketing and growth across 3 to 4 brands simultaneously. This role combines strategic awareness with a strong bias for action. The person in this position understands the big picture and translates it into consistent, measurable output.

3. SCOPE

  • Simultaneous management of 3 to 4 active brands
  • Full ownership of marketing, content, campaigns, and growth execution
  • Direct execution with coordination of supporting resources as needed

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end marketing execution across all assigned brands
  • Plan, create, and publish organic content consistently across channels
  • Identify opportunities and move quickly from insight to implementation
  • Leverage AI tools across the full growth workflow: content creation and repurposing, campaign performance analysis, metrics interpretation, audience insights, and process automation to scale execution across all assigned brands.
  • Convert strategic direction into live initiatives within agile timelines
  • Monitor the performance of active campaigns across paid and organic channels on an ongoing basis
  • Diagnose when a channel is underperforming and determine the appropriate course of action
  • Know when to self-correct and when to escalate, and who to contact to improve results
  • Map and leverage available resources, tools, and team members to unblock execution
  • Propose and implement improvements in brand positioning, messaging, acquisition, and conversion
  • Coordinate with design, content, or external resources when applicable
  • Maintain active momentum across all brands at all times

6. REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Background in startups, agencies, or environments managing multiple brands or clients
  • Ability to wear multiple hats: strategist, executor, analyst, and coordinator depending on what the moment requires
  • Practical experience using AI tools for content production, performance analysis, metrics interpretation, and workflow automation, with the ability to apply them strategically to scale output without increasing time proportionally.
  • Strong execution capacity paired with strategic judgment
  • Proven ability to monitor campaign performance across paid and organic channels and act on what the data shows
  • Resourceful mindset: knows what tools, contacts, and resources are available and how to use them to move forward
  • Clear sense of when to solve independently and when to bring in the right person to improve results
  • Comfortable managing several brands or accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality
  • Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools including Meta Ads, content platforms, and AI-assisted workflows

7. LEVEL OF AUTONOMY

This role operates with a high degree of independence. The person in this position is expected to:

  • Work from general strategic direction and translate it into action independently
  • Make operational decisions confidently without requiring step-by-step guidance
  • Propose, plan, and execute initiatives with ownership and initiative
  • Bring decisions to leadership only when they require broader input or alignment

8. WHAT THIS ROLE REQUIRES

9. ROLE WITHIN THE TEAM

The Brand & Growth Operator works closely with leadership and acts as the primary execution driver across assigned brands. In this role, the person is expected to:

  • Take ownership of marketing and growth output across all assigned brands
  • Generate consistent, visible progress on a weekly basis
  • Bring solutions and proposals rather than waiting for direction
  • Collaborate with leadership on high-level decisions while managing everything else independently

10. COMPENSATION

Compensation is determined based on experience, execution capacity, and level of ownership

demonstrated during the evaluation process. Details are discussed individually with each candidate.

11. EVALUATION PROCESS

The selection process includes a standard interview followed by a 48-hour practical exercise. During this exercise, the candidate will:

  • Review and analyze one of the assigned brands
  • Propose 1 to 2 concrete, actionable initiatives based on that analysis
  • Execute at least one of those initiatives within the evaluation period
